From Concept to Certified
Wearer Trials
Our comprehensive design-to-delivery process ensures that your team garments are not only beautifully crafted but also aligned with your brand identity, performance needs, and wearability standards.

STAGE 1
Initial Consultation
We begin with a personalised consultation to explore style ideas and define a look that reflects your company’s brand values. Using a curated lookbook, we guide you through design inspirations that align with your visual identity, team culture, and industry.
STAGE 2
Concept to Digital Design
Once the lookbook direction is agreed, we create bespoke Adobe Illustrator sketches to visualise the garments in detail. This includes styling features, custom trims, and brand-appropriate colour accents, which are later integrated seamlessly into the garment’s construction during manufacturing.

STAGE 3
Fabric Selection
We present a carefully selected range of premium fabrics tailored to your industry, climate, and usage patterns. You'll receive expert advice on fabric weight, durability, care instructions (e.g., machine washing vs. dry cleaning), and suitability for your work environment.
We also help estimate how many garments may be needed based on chosen fabrics and their performance.
STAGE 4
Sampling & Wearer Trials
A physical garment sample is produced for live wearer trials and laundering tests.
This critical stage ensures the design is functional, comfortable, and holds up to real-world use, including movement, cleaning, and repeated wear.

STAGE 5
Final Approval & Certification
Following successful trials, we complete final sign-off on all agreed designs and materials.
A Wearer Trial Certificate is issued, confirming that the garment has passed all performance and comfort checks—ready for production.
This meticulous approach allows you to move from concept to production with confidence, knowing your team will receive garments that are stylish, practical, and built to last, allowing us to guarantee the production quality on the long-term in your corporate environment.
